Occupational Safety Specialist (m/f/d)

The CURRENTA Group is looking for the Circularity Business Unit. As a specialist for occupational safety, you are responsible for the following tasks: Proactive independent design of all tasks of a specialist for occupational safety, which arise from the Arbeitssicherheitsgesetz (ASiG) / Arbeitsschutzgesetz (ArbSchG) on all sites.

Development of holistic concepts and projects for the further development of operational safety culture and implementation of these with the relevant stakeholders in the care sector.

Own initialization and management of safety projects.

Advising all bodies involved in the protection of workers (internal and external) on the relevant legal areas of occupational safety.

Training and seminars to promote safety-related behaviour.

Responsibility for the implementation of safety inspections of plant and technical equipment.

Report to the Business Unit Management on the status of occupational safety measures.

Close cooperation with the HSEQ agents and business lines of our business unit.

You have a successfully completed study with a focus on security technology / work security or comparable training with corresponding experience.

You are a registered specialist in occupational safety.

Ideally, you have already gained first professional experience in the field of chemical industry / circulatory industry.

You have well-founded knowledge in the relevant legal areas of industrial protection, at best in the field of chemical industry (directives, laws, regulations, technical rules, etc.).

You are a team player*in with safe occurrence, communication and enforcement skills and motivation skills at different hierarchical levels.

Note: The salary is considered annual. The entry compensation depends on your qualification and professional experience.
