They are responsible for the timely and demand-oriented provision of the material for the production process and for our construction sites. In your varied and demanding work, you will take over the following tasks: triggering of orders, matching of order confirmations and monitoring of delivery dates Invoicing and booking of material access Coordination of supplies, management of the material stock and implementation of inventory Conduct conversations with representatives of our suppliers Interdisciplinary communication/tuning with other areas of expertise, e.g. weekly coordination with the area of production and the project management to supply materials according to demand Support in the evaluation of monthly material movements

Complete vocational training in the field of trade or industry, as an alternative technical background with corresponding additional qualification or professional experience in the field of steel construction Technical interest and understanding of production processes Ideal experience in technical purchasing Knowledge of steel grades and grades in the area of long products and heavy plates is advantageous Security required in the application of MS Office especially MS Excel, knowledge in Dynamics D365 desirable Team spirit and an independent, committed and responsible way of working Good knowledge of German in word and writing required
