In the field of technical operations, you are responsible for the operation and supervision of technical installations in the service building complex of the main administration (focus point HKLS). This includes co-responsibility for the operation, maintenance, testing and maintenance of the plants including their operational safety. You supervise and accompany foreign personnel. In addition, you operate the central building control technology, maintain the commercial handling of external orders and are involved in the consulting and cooperation of projects in the field of HKLS and GLT as well as in the modification, extension and installation of technical installations. Graduated vocational training as a state-tested technician/tested technician (m/w/d) for heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitation technology or comparable vocational training with master examination Current professional experience in these tasks (m/w/d) for hygiene activities by VDI 6022 and 6023 and 2047‐2 Good knowledge of relevant standards, regulations and technical rules relevant to the operation of buildings (in particular occupational safety) Good knowledge of building control technology Ready to take over the tasks as Deputy Fire Protection Officer (m/w/d) Good knowledge of standard software (including MS-Office, Outlook) Teamability, service orientation and commitment at safe and binding occurrence Self-responsibility and ease of use, in particular for flexible working hours and demand-dependent readiness services
