As part of our Retail Media team, you will shape DOUGLAS' offsite strategy, driving innovative advertising opportunities for our partners. You will take ownership of the development of our Offsite Retail Media products, optimize the use of our adtech tools, and build strategic partnerships. Develop and execute a forward-thinking Offsite Retail Media strategy, spanning social media campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok, as well as programmatic advertising via DV360 or The Trade Desk Leverage our Customer Data Platform (CDP) to enable data-driven advertising formats and drive monetization initiatives Identify and implement new data partnerships, from collaborations with CTV publishers to integrating data clean room solutions to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations Take ownership of our adtech stack by evaluation, select, and enhanceing technologies to optimize our Retail Media Performance Lead strategic partnerships from initial conceptualization through execution and long-term collaboration with external vendors and platforms Work close with internal stakeholders from marketing, data analytics, technology, and legal to bring innovative Retail Media solutions to life Continuously monitor market trends and identify new opportunities in adtech and Retail Media to enhance our offsite advertising portfolio

Minimum of 5 years of experience in adtech, retail media, or data-driven marketing, with a proven track record of success Strong expertise in programmatic advertising, data-driven media strategies, and digital advertising platforms Technical knowledge of CDPs, data clean rooms, and data privacy regulations search as Excellent strategic thinking, project management, and analytical skills Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills to lead cross-functional teams Proactive and curious mindset with the ability to independently drive innovation in a structured way Fluency in both English and German
