The organization is in a phase of structural development and builds an integrated and powerful operating structure in which the Head of Construction & Commissioning EMEA (m/w/d) position plays a central role.

Leadership and strategic development of all construction & commissioning activities in the EMEA region Ensuring the timely, quality and cost-effective implementation of all construction site and commissioning projects Leadership and development of international site, supervisor and commissioning teams Introduction and control of robust KPI, HSE and performance management Building a central field service hub in Eastern Europe and optimizing processes, standards and resource planning

Technical studies (engineering) and multi-year leadership experience in the construction/commissioning environment of large energy, industrial or infrastructure projects Detectional experience in managing international teams and complex project portfolios Deep understanding of construction, assembly, testing and commissioning processes as well as safety and quality standards Strong skills in appointment, budget and risk management as well as in stakeholder and contractor control Very good knowledge of English and high readiness to travel within the EMEA region
