Personnel Administrator Wage & Salary (m/f/d)

Preparation of monthly salary billing for a defined area of responsibility including subsequent processes taking into account all legal regulations Administrative support of employees incl. Maintenance of personnel master files and acquisition of reporting and certification Creation of contract documents (e.g. work contracts, pay adjustments, certificates) and other HR documents Organisation of personnel processes from recruitment to the exit of employees Communication with authorities and institutions Maintenance of personal files as well as medical/ holiday data and personal documents

As an employee of passion, you have been able to gain about three years of relevant professional experience in operational personnel work and in payroll accounting. The LODAS DATEV software uses you as routined as the common MS Office applications. You have a good eye for details, always an open ear and your heart on the right spot.
