Active telephone new customer acquisitions and targeted identification of potential customers in the precious metal and jewelry industry. Systematic construction of new business relationships – from initial contact to successful conclusion. Proactive development of existing customer relationships as well as recognition and use of cross- and upselling potentials. Creating individual offers, consistent tracking and targeted completion. First contact for customer requests with the requirement of professional and binding care. Close cooperation with the external service and preparation of customer visits. Structured documentation of all sales activities in the CRM system including derivation of appropriate measures. Representation of the company as part of the team at fairs, events and events.

Complete commercial training or comparable qualification – with real passion for sales and customer acquisition. First experience in outbound sales, telephone sales or active new customer acquisition – you are used to take the initiative yourself. Impressed communication strength and the ability to inspire people, convince and bind in the long term. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing; English knowledge of advantage. Target orientation, self-initiative and final safety – you think in results, not in tasks. First experiences in the precious metal, jewelry or a related industry are a plus, but no need.
