Support and coordination of customer requests from contracting authorities – from the tender and tender phase (submission) to the timely delivery Technical advice from public contractors, executive companies and trading partners – by telephone and in personal exchange Systematic follow-up of tenders, projects and offers to ensure optimal project and customer support Building, maintaining and developing sustainable business relations with contracting authorities and project participants Close, cross-departmental cooperation with external services, technology and logistics for the successful implementation of public construction projects

Professional, binding and service-oriented communication in dealing with contracting authorities taking into account the VOB Embossed customer and consulting orientation as well as pleasure in the solution-oriented processing of tenders according to VOB Structured, independent and reliable mode of operation – including in parallel tenders, deadlines and changing priorities High levels of communication, negotiation security and a pragmatic approach to finding solutions in the context of public procurement procedures Ideally professional experience in building materials trading, civil engineering and knowledge of VOB and public procurement processes
