Responsibility for the operating management and deployment planning of the Flexteam (approximately 4–8 operator) in the period from 10 am to 6 pm (spindle layer) Flexible location within the different development areas Takeover of the function of the head of production according to § 12 AMWHV during its absence Responsibility for GMP-compliant production in the field of development Close coordination and coordination with the scientists, the production managers and team leaders for the production of clinical patterns (Bulk) as part of the development projects Technical support and participation in commissioning and qualification of devices Ensuring the necessary training of your own staff Support for the control and coordination of maintenance, premises and equipment for production Support in the implementation and processing of self-inspections, customer audits and authority inspections Support for continuous improvement processes in manufacturing Support and control of occupational safety within the assigned area
