As a knowledge manager, the content threads of the various working groups are collaborating with you. You provide an overview of ongoing processes and priorities to the management of the department.

You support the working groups in the development and introduction of process standards and ensure the necessary structuring and standardization.

With your communicative skills, you will ensure a good flow of information between working groups, department and board.

As a Facilitator, you will encounter AI-supported improvements in knowledge management and are available to the AGs as a Sparring Partner.

You carry out research and regularly maintain the positions of the Association Cockpit.

You are available to various contact persons in the organization as a hub and knowledge resource.

In the development of the department, you conduct part-projects and engage with your own ideas. You evaluate suitable AI tools and are responsible for their introduction.

In the daily business, you take over administrative tasks in contact with the membership and in the care of IT interfaces.

You are responsible for onboarding processes and carry out internal training.

You have successfully completed your studies (Bachelor or Master), preferably in a technical field. Knowledge in aviation is advantageous, but not a prerequisite. Experiences in risk assessment or safety risk management are a clear plus. Their logical and technical understanding allows you to assess the plausibility of relationships and arguments. You are willing and able to further deepen your technical understanding. You are empathic, mediation-intensive and adapt your communication flexibly to address. In the field of AI you have experience, application knowledge and affinity. Scientific work (research and design of argumentation lines) is familiar to you. You bring some years of experience in professional life and knowledge in project management. You have a healthy self-reflection, like to work in a solution-oriented and independent manner, and you know where necessary to delimit. In dealing with stress and stress, you will be able to distinguish your self-control skills. You bring an affinity to aviation and are pleased to be able to develop social impact with the support of aviation security.
