As Head of Department Development SAP HR, you run a department with around 15 employees within the Delivery Center Application Development. As Head of Department Development SAP HR, you run a department with around 15 employees within the Delivery Center Application Development. You are responsible for the digital transformation of SAP personnel to cloud-based solutions with increased use of AI technologies. You are responsible for the development strategies for SAP-HR and ensure the orientation of the corporate strategy. You define the work objectives of your employees for the performance of tasks and bear the personal responsibility for them.

Completed university degree in computer science (or comparable degree) or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the SAP environment, in consulting roles Detectable experience in the disciplinary leadership of larger heterogeneous teams Very good knowledge in the field of application development and SAP Flowing German knowledge required
