You support our personnel personnel in the daily business in the pay bill. After a short introduction, you take over the independent collection, testing and maintenance of the personal master data and movement data. If necessary, you communicate directly with our branches and employees and take care of the digital personal files. You will get first insights into labour, tariff and social insurance issues. You will start monthly evaluations as well as labour law documents You participate in projects in Payroll

You are currently in business or legal studies or a comparable subject with a focus on personnel or labour law. First practical experience through prior training or through internships/work students activities are desirable. Flexibility, sense of responsibility and an independent, structured and careful way of working, as well as a quick conception are your own personal character. Digital affinity for new media and systems Ready-to-use stand out. You are safe in handling MS Office products. Ideally, you have first knowledge in handling SAP HCM.
