Engineer / Service Technician / Technician / Master with a focus on elevator technology (m/f/d)

In our internal engineering and architecture office, you take on a planned, controlling and quality-proof role in which you are responsible for modernization and conversion projects for a diverse real estate portfolio. You are working in a team that highlights technical excellence, reliability and cooperation – and you will get the freedom to develop solutions that really exist. You develop technical concepts and variants for modernization, refurbishment or the new construction of elevator installations and create the corresponding plan documents, calculations as well as tender and award documents according to HOAI (LPH 1-8) and VOB. You coordinate the implementation of the measures, monitor dates, costs and quality and document the essential project steps for internal coordination and external stakeholders. You accompany assembly and modernization work on site, check compliance with technical requirements, standards and safety requirements and carry out acceptances. You coordinate executives, experts and, if necessary, externally commissioned planning offices and ensure the professional implementation of your plans. You represent the client's interests towards authorities, planning parties and executive companies and provide clear, structured communication in the course of the project.

Completion: Complete study in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, building technology or comparable technical degree course, alternatively you have completed technical training in the field of elevator technology, mechatronics or electrical engineering with further training as technician:in or master:in Professional experience: Influential experience in elevator technology, e.g. in the planning, assembly, modernization, maintenance or project execution of elevator installations, experience in construction or object monitoring in the field of technical or building installations, knowledge in cooperation with planning offices, executive companies or contracting entities (of advantage) Technical understanding of components of elevator systems such as controllers, drives, doors, safety components and shaft geometries, knowledge of HOAI (LPH 1–9) and VOB as well as the relevant standards and regulations of elevator technology, safe handling of CAD systems, technical calculations and tender software Personal: Analytical and conceptual skills as well as cost-conscious thinking, communication and conflictability, cooperative and team-oriented working style, very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least C1)
