Manager (m/w/d) Full time (40 hours) | Hamburg

Your mission: Development and implementation of the product strategy in close coordination with the management Supporting new products across the entire process – from the first idea to the launch and the subsequent performance evaluation Observing market, trends and competition to identify and exploit new opportunities at an early stage Control of the Stage-Gate process in the case of new product introductions and coordination of all areas involved Translation of current fitness, nutrition and lifestyle trends in market-ready concepts Close cooperation with marketing, supply chain, sales and external development partners Leadership and further development of a small team with three employees Ensure that all products fit the brand and consistently reflect the brand values

What you bring: Complete studies in the field of BWL, food technology, ecotrophology, marketing or comparable Multiannual experience in project management First experience in managing smaller teams or project teams Pragmatism and the desire to truly implement things – not only to plan leadership skills, team spirit and joy in working interdisciplinary Very good knowledge of German and English
