Our facility "Alt Hummelshain" opens its doors with a new concept. We cordially invite you to participate in this process.

And it's about:

You work on building sustainable relationships between you, employees and clients on site. You accompany the re-entry into the school and the aim of a school degree, help in the development of everyday competencies and conveys and stabilizes values and standards. To do this, you use the existing functional spaces and make new ideas educationally useful. You network the clients in the social area and accompany the development of a future perspective.

What we expect You bring the appropriate educational training and also a suitable training. You want to shape from the green meadow conceptually, strategically and independently and have sufficient design strength, flexibility and vision. You bring a lot of creativity and conflict competence with you, want to accompany crises with a high educational requirement and control everyday design in an ideal way. You can react flexibly to the requirements of the shift service and have a class B driving licence.
