Operational Data Management Specialist (m/f/d)

Design the future of financial markets with us. You take responsibility for the maintenance and updating of all master data in the Xentis Fund Accounting System with a great deal of care and vision. You ensure that securities, fund and partner data are always up-to-date by initially collecting, updating and validating the quality of the data. Event data such as corporate action, coupons or dividends can be processed reliably and always keep an overview in complex contexts. You work closely with renowned data providers such as WM data service and Bloomberg, research independently and provide information – ensuring that our data landscape is always complete and correct. With your watchful eye for details, you will recognize inconsistencies, clarify vulnerabilities and take over the complete documentation as well as the reporting within the framework of quality assurance. In your role, you support internal and external contacts (m/w/d), accept requests, coordinate concerns and give the solution finding the necessary attention and empathy. You question routines, drive process optimisations actively and make improvements in daily work with a fresh look.

Your competence for our common future. You have completed training in the banking or investment fund sector – or studies in the field of economics – and you want to develop your expertise in a targeted manner. You provide several years of experience in the back office or middle office of a fund service provider or a capital management company, ideally focusing on data management. With your expertise in the care and management of securities, fund and partner data, you are confident in the world of large data providers. You are experienced in dealing with MS Office and perhaps even in the Xentis system at home – if not, we are happy to look at the application together. Care, sense of responsibility and your reliability – especially in hectic situations – you are characterized. The work in the team is self-evident for you and you will get involved with organizational talent, solution orientation and an optimistic look at changes in our team. You have good knowledge of English and look forward to bringing your communication strength into international contacts.
