As a sales agent (m/w/d), you are the personal contact person for our regional business customers in the sales area. You gain new customers, develop existing customer relationships and advise about our energy products and energy-related services.

These are your tasks:

Active acquisition of new commercial customers by personal and written address Support and further development of our existing customers around the supply of electricity, gas and district heating as well as sustainable strengthening of customer retention Timely processing of incoming terminations and performing targeted measures for customer recovery Competent consultation of our business customers with questions on consumption, deductions, invoices and other energy-related topics as well as consultation with the relevant departments Processing of new commercial applications taking into account relevant sales and economic requirements, in particular credit quality Identification of additional sales and consulting potentials as well as active marketing of energy-related services and generation of qualified leads for further fields Implementation of individual energy consultations including consumption analyses and development of economically meaningful measures to optimise consumption and costs

Closed commercial or technical vocational training, for example as an industrial businessman/woman, ideally related to the energy or supply economy Experience gained in sales, preferably in the energy industry or a comparable environment Secure handling of MS Office and good knowledge of SAP IS-U/S4 HANA or a comparable energy system Embossed sales and service orientation as well as enjoying the active customer approach and building long-term customer relationships Good understanding of business relationships and knowledge of energy-economic processes and relevant regulatory frameworks Ideally, knowledge in general economic and contractual law and competition law Communication strength, negotiation skills and safe occurrence as well as an independent, reliable and solution-oriented operation with high self-motivation
