Welcome to Allianz

We are looking for a working student (m/w/d) for our modern and innovative location Unterföhring. In the HR Processes and Systems unit, we are responsible for both the HR Processes and the local HR IT systems for 42 Allianz companies in Germany. At the same time, we form the interface to the Allianz Group with regard to the global HR IT systems and are responsible for the associated local processes/reactions. We offer you a varied activity with many opportunities to work in local and international projects and the opportunity to co-design the HR processes and systems of the future. In addition, you can expand your network by working with other alliance companies.

As a working student:you immerse yourself in the world of HR IT and support our team in the ServiceNow HRSD environment – from day-to-day system support to collaboration in ongoing projects:

Support in HR IT projects - from planning and internal communication, quality assurance and testing to the preparation and follow-up of workshops and documentation Participation in the introduction of innovative, also AI-based HR components - especially in the acceptance and coordination of requirements with relevant stakeholders ServiceNow HRSD support, e.g. the maintenance of changes and the processing of incoming requests Participation in requirement management - recording, documentation and coordination of technical requirements with internal contact persons Creation and maintenance of reports on central HR key figures to support data-based decisions Participation in regular team and cross-area meetings to network and actively introduce you

This is what you bring with you as a working student in the field of HR processes and IT systems (m/w/d)

You are in the BWL, Human Resources, Economics, or a comparable degree program. Ideally, you have already gained first experiences in the HR field or have a pronounced curiosity and openness for HR topics. You are very well organized, proactive and like to work independently in a collegial team. MS Office applications like Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and teams are not foreign words for you. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal chatGPT
