Commercial management (m/f/d)

(m/w/d) is responsible for managing a double-digit number of employees. It is a clear overall responsibility for finance with the financial accounting/debiting departments, controlling and material management/purchasing departments. The job owner (m/w/d) has many possibilities in his daily work. It serves several interfaces, such as the holding Limbach Group SE, to other locations within the Limbach Group and to external partners. Specifically, the task includes, among other things, the operational management, the creation of the economic, financial, personnel and investment plan and the quarterly and annual accounts. Other tasks are added. The location is directly assigned to the management and is embedded in the directly below area management level. In this function, the job owner (m/w/d) advises and supports the management in all financial and economic issues and is in a closely coordinated, continuous exchange with it.

You are a strong personality that can adapt to the concerns of doctors and owners. You have successfully completed an economic studies or a comparable training. In addition, there are well-founded knowledge in controlling, analysis and calculation, experience in project management and deep IT skills. You should bring several years of professional and disciplinary leadership experience – collected in a larger unit – but above all a strong will for leadership and joy in your task. In your field as well as in the management process, you are absolutely saddle-proof and can prevail if necessary. It is easy for you to make decisions, to communicate with very different contacts in a targeted manner and to be responsible for the commercial management of the largest unit of the Limbach Group. You have your first residence in the vicinity of Heidelberg. The management and responsibility tasks are to be performed at the site. The possibility of mobile work is limited. .
