(m/w/d) in the Federal Office of the Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e.V. (JUH) take over the management and further development of the Department of Children's Day Facilities.

You take over the technical and organizational management of the field of childcare facilities and develop them strategically. You are responsible for the economic and conceptual development of the business field and create the framework conditions for future-oriented development of the facilities. You analyze market and demand developments, develop innovative offers and services and manage their implementation in cross-departmental projects. You observe legal and social developments and derive targeted measures for the further development and control of the business field.

Visibility, networking and representation of interests You strengthen the nationwide visibility of the Johanniter Childhood Institutions and represent their interests within and outside the Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe. You design and coordinate the internal and external communication of the department and continuously develop it together with the relevant interfaces. You build and maintain sustainable networks with cooperation partners, authorities, ministries and other actors. You represent the department in nationwide bodies, specialist events and working groups and promote the professional exchange within the Kita landscape. You work closely with internal departments and the JoBITS (Johanniter-Bundes-IT-Service) to develop digital and organizational structures.

Guided tours, control and consulting You run national specialist committees and work, project and specialist groups and coordinate their cooperation. You advise and accompany general and voluntary management bodies in technical and strategic issues. You prepare nationwide reports, prepare decision bases and advise the Federal Executive Board on matters of responsibility.

You have completed university studies, preferably in the fields of social management, business management, pedagogy or a comparable subject. Ideally, you bring several years of professional and leadership experience in the field of childcare facilities or comparable social action. You have pronounced social entrepreneurial, commercial and methodical design competence. You think strategic, economic and solution-oriented and have experience in the further development of complex organizations or business areas. You convince by communication strength, negotiation skills and presentation security. You have pronounced moderation and network competencies and understand how to successfully combine different interests. You work independently, structured and with a high degree of organizational skills. You are characterized by analytical thinking and a solution-oriented method. You identify with an appreciation of leadership and are happy to work with different partners across the range. Teamability, sense of responsibility and a sovereign appearance complete your profile.
