Basically, it's a habit. However, because of the shift allowances at night (30 % supplement), the wage level is usually higher than the regional average. Explanation of the layer rhythm: First week: 5 days early shift (Monday to Friday: 05:45 – 14:15) Second week: 5 days night shift (Sunday to Thursday 21:45 – 06:15) 3rd week: 5 days late shift (Monday to Friday: 13:45 – 22:15am)
