KGaA is looking for an experienced project manager (m/w/d) Energy Management for its headquarters in Einbeck (Niedersachsen). In this responsible position, you actively shape the energy efficiency and sustainable energy supply of our global KWS locations. You develop future-oriented energy concepts, control energy and decarbonization projects and identify potentials for even more efficient energy use. You combine technical know-how with pronounced project management skills and a strong understanding of sustainability. With your work, you make a significant contribution to achieving our global energy and climate goals. The position is indefinite and full-time to occupy and offers you an international environment, exciting projects and plenty of design space.

Your tasks – making energy future active:

Development and implementation of innovative measures and concepts to increase energy efficiency and reduce CO2 emissions at our sites Assessment, prioritization and accompaniment of energy and decarbonization projects – from the first idea to the implementation Planning and control of energy projects in cooperation with internal departments, international locations and external partners Control of external specialist planners and service providers and coordination of technical implementation Analysis of energy data and the creation of cost-effectiveness assessments and policy bases for investment Identification of energy saving potentials and development of concrete measures to optimise energy consumption Co-responsibility for the energy management system according to DIN EN ISO 50001 and its continuous development. Support for energy-related issues, in particular energy purchase, cost control and energy controlling

Completed studies in energy engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, renewable energies or a comparable discipline Professional experience in energy management or a comparable technical environment Experience in the development of energy concepts and ideally in technical construction or TGA projects Good analytical skills and joy in the evaluation and interpretation of energy data A structured, independent and solution-oriented manner of operation and a pronounced sense of cost and responsibility Enforcement and the ability to gain different stakeholders for common solutions High self-initiative, commitment and joy in actively promoting projects Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing; further language skills are advantageous readiness for international missions of about 10% and a class B licence
