In your role, you are responsible for the monthly wage and salary bill for our entire group of companies with about 160 employees. You ensure a correct and timely billing, plead all billing-relevant personal master files and are contact person*in for wage tax, social insurance and billing-related questions.

Your tasks You are responsible for the monthly wage and salary billing within our group of companies and carry out these with DATEV wage and salary on time – from preparation to checking the billing results You'll cover all billing-relevant personnel master files and pay data, including allowances, short periods, working time data and other wage-relevant changes You ensure the correct implementation of tax, social insurance and labour law requirements in the pay bill and you are a contact person for health insurance funds, social security institutions, professional associations and authorities You prepare wage tax and social security checks and accompany them You take over tasks of personnel administration, in particular within the framework of entry and exits, pflegst Personalakten and soar for complete and up-to-date personal data You work closely with our financial accounting, support wage-relevant monthly and annual accounts and balance the corresponding wage and salary accounts You actively contribute to the digitization, further development and optimization of our HR and Payroll processes You create personal and accounting analyses, statistics and reports for HR, financial accounting and controlling

You have a completed commercial training, for example as a tax specialist, or an industrial businessman/wife - supplemented by a further training in the area of wage and salary accounting You master DATEV wage and salary safely and routined You bring multi-year professional experience in pay billing or Wage and payroll accounting as well as secure and up-to-date knowledge in pay tax, social security and labour law With personal and sensitive data, you are always discreet and responsible You have a good understanding of HR processes and labour law relationships and ideally have already worked with digital HR systems such as factorial or comparable HR tools. You work independently, structured and extremely carefully, bring your own initiative and awareness of responsibility and keep an overview of several tasks and deadlines. You are team-ready, communicative and solution-oriented and you like to work with different disciplines You have good knowledge of popular MS Office programs and speak German in native language levels
