For our company security department in the field of security services, we are looking for a Object manager*in Location: Berlin Date of entry: Immediate Application deadline: 13.08.2026 Call number: 16-031-2026 Employment: Full time (part time is possible in principle) Remuneration: E8 TV EntgO-DRV Activity As a central service provider of the German Pension Insurance Federation (DRV Bund), the Corporate Security Division performs tasks of IT and physical security, the protection of personal data, the protection of privacy and emergency management as well as basic and cross-sectional tasks. The area of security services is responsible for the operational security of the administrative buildings and external sites of the DRV Bund throughout the federal territory. We are looking for you as a new team member.

In a special position of trust, you can support the object managersn (team leaderin) in specialist responsibility Commissioning, coordinating and monitoring the deployment of external security companies Responsibility for the implementation of the contractually agreed services of external service providers and their tasks Participation in tenders for external security services Creation of work instructions, auditing of invoices and implementation of quality management

Completed training on protection and security, or otherwise successfully completed vocational training with the qualification ''IHK-tested protection and security'' Current professional experience in object protection PC knowledge of common office applications Impressed addressable communication skills and customer orientation Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (C1 level desirable)
