What does the need mean?

Well, we want to offer the inhabitants of our homes a different life in the elderly, which is just more than rich and clean within the scope of care. Because, let's be honest, it's never enough time to pay for what a person really needs time. And the shortage of skilled workers, of course, also contributes its part to making it narrower everywhere... Still, we want to be "other"...

Of course, it makes everything more complicated, but with the help of our partner association Senior Friends e.V. we can offer more than other nursing services. What exactly? I'll tell you about a personal conversation, because it would blow up the frame here.

What your activity involves?

• Professional care and care of people in need of care
• Support for everyday activities
• Implementation of basic and treatment care

• We work early, late and weekend services (each 2nd weekend), no night shift.

Your profile:

• Qualification as a nursing professional (e.g. a state-approved elderly caregiver or health caregiver, nurse/career/healing caregiver) or an equivalent degree.
• With first professional experience or as a professional starter*
• Empathy and understanding of the situation of people in need of care
• dedicated team player with high social competence and self-initiative
