Your tasks: active, friendly welcome and address from our customers and guests Record and forward customer requests Designing waiting times hospitable qualified response to general enquiries and sales topics Support of our car buyers in customer support Ensure telephone access and reception It is a minor activity. Work is done on Saturdays from 8:00 to 15:00. The activity is limited to 12 months.

Class B valid driving licence friendly and competent appearance Experience and fun in dealing with demanding customers Experience in industries with direct customer contact e.g. Hotel/gastronomy or flight attendants Responsibility a consistent service orientation Basic knowledge of common PC software Ready to work Saturdays For us count not only your qualifications, it should also fit humanly!
