Building a central AI function with cross-control and operational responsibility for implementation Analysis of market and technology trends and deriving strategic recommendations Initiation, control and implementation of strategic projects (e.g. new locations, business models) Development and implementation of controlling systems Preparation of sound decision bases for management (business cases, scenarios, reporting) Creation of strategy papers and presentations

Complete studies in the field of business, (economic)informatics, data science, finance or a comparable orientation Strong interest and proven affinity for artificial intelligence and digital technologies Experience in strategic project work, ideally in a consulting or entrepreneurial environment Analytical thinkability as well as the ability to prepare complex relationships structured Experience in the development of KPIs, controlling or control systems High self-initiative, entrepreneurial thinking and strong implementation Sovereign appearance and ability to mediate at different levels Communication strength and secure presentation and moderation capabilities at management levels
