Accounting: The current financial accounting is your responsibility, including initial invoices, debitor and creditor management as well as open items. Mahnwesen, correct booking and tax care, you will certainly keep in mind. Monthly & Annual Financial Statements: Monthly financial statements you tax end-to-end and provide for clean delimitations, provisions, depreciation and account voting. You prepare the financial statements together with our tax advisor. Internal financial reporting: Internal financial reports, in particular GuV, cash and performance overviews, are created and developed by you. Deviations analyze precise and prepare numbers relevant to decision-making for management and departments. Controlling & Financial Analysis: Forecasts, budget themes and performance dashboards are supported with reliable analyses. Turnover and cost developments are translated into consistent key figures and clear basis for decision-making. Process optimization: Finance processes, interfaces and data transfers are developed with a view to efficiency and scalability. Automation and AI-based tools are used to make processes smarter and more sustainable.

Background: A completed study of business management, finance or a comparable commercial qualification with a focus on accounting, finance or controlling is your technical basis. Experience: At least 3 years of practical experience in the finance or accounting environment; ideally, you have already worked independently on monthly accounts. Account adjustments, delimitations and provisions are familiar to you. Technical Skills: Excel/Google Sheets can be used safely and provide financial facts structured. Experience with accounting and reporting tools, ideally DATEV, is a plus. AI Competence: AI-based tools and generative AI, for example Google Gemini or the like, you see as a chance for modern finance. Routine tasks, reportings and analyses are more efficient, smarter and scalable. Entrepreneurial Mindset: You do not consider numbers isolated, but in the economic context.
