Professional and disciplinary leadership of a 15-member team of refrigeration and air conditioning technicians in operational daily business Planning, control and monitoring of maintenance, maintenance and modernisation measures on refrigerated equipment Ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety requirements and relevant legal and technical requirements Central contact for customers, employees and internal specialist areas in technical issues and projects Responsibility for personnel deployment planning, resource management and the professional and personal development of the team
