Head of Production (m/f/d)

Control, coordination and prioritization of production tasks in close coordination with team management Ensuring a smooth process of production while maintaining productivity, quality, organization and safety Representation of the Head of Division Production including the provision of current operations Responsibility for occupational safety and health protection, in particular the implementation and maintenance of risk assessments and the implementation and monitoring of measures Analysis, assessment and consistent optimisation of production processes Responsibility for selecting, procuring and ensuring the availability of tools, equipment and personal protective equipment (PSA) Organisation, coordination and monitoring of maintenance, testing and maintenance measures, including internal and external cuts Planning, implementation and presentation of instruction and training, including operational control Ensuring complete documentation and auditability as well as active presence in the production process through rounds, collaborative coaching and direct support

Complete technical training with further training (e.g. master, technician or technical studies) Multiannual professional experience in industrial production, ideally with leadership responsibility Knowledge of working safety, production and process optimization as well as the handling of machinery and equipment Safe handling of IT systems and common MS Office applications High sense of responsibility, strong organisational and communication strength and capacity for implementation Structured, solution-oriented mode of work and high self-initiative
