Teamleiter Product & Regulatory Advisory (m/f/d)

In your role, you take on the disciplinary and professional leadership of a dedicated team of product and regulatory experts and ensure that your employees develop personally and professionally. You use your proven product and regulatory knowledge, especially from the financial market, in order to support sales professionally and to meet and advise the customer's experts. You follow regulatory developments, analyze their impact and form clear recommendations for product and business areas. You establish clear processes, tools and formats to systematically capture and evaluate customer requirements and problems. Based on this basis, you conduct well-founded recommendations for action and make a significant contribution to the further development of our product portfolio. You also build sustainable knowledge management around products, regulatory developments and market requirements. Your goal: In the customer dialogue as competent:r and strategic:r Sparringspartner:to be perceived. You are a networker:in: Active networking with relevant stakeholders – from customers to associations to political actors – is the focus and long-term relationship management. In addition, you will always represent our company at trade fairs, congresses, industry events and customer events – with the aim of strengthening our position in the market.

You have a Master's degree in Economics, Economic Law or a comparable degree course – and thus provide a solid basis for the interface between product, market and technology. Reliable professional experience in a comparable position – coupled with comprehensive leadership experience – is reflected in your career. You are well familiar with the regulatorics that hide behind terms like MaRisk, EBA Guidelines, CSRD, AML, eIDAS, PSR, PSD3 or the like. Ideally, you were already involved in the dialogue with banks with their supervision (BaFin, Bundesbank, ECB). You have experience in building and maintaining customer relationships as well as building up a relevant expert and stakeholders network, and you already bring expertise about products, regulatory requirements and their practical application in the financial industry. You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset that allows you to identify, prioritise and translate opportunities into solutions. High social competence, coupled with enforcement strength and safe occurrence. Excellent communication skills in German and English, both in writing and oral.
