IT-Servicemanager (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Recording and testing of technical requirements for software products or IT services
• Creation of requirements for technical implementation
• Revision and conceptual development after technical implementation
• Documentation of customer feedback and regular customer talks
• Development of action plans based on customer requirements
• Concept of the integration of new services for existing customers
• Analysis, presentation and development of performance indicators for service quality and SLA compliance

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Complete studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualifications
• Found experience in IT service management and project management
• Knowledge of requirements analysis and assessment and design phase
• Experience in customer management and performance of product-related discussions with customers:inn
• Knowledge in controlling/reporting, in particular regarding service quality and SLA requirements
• Excellent knowledge of German in word and writing
