Own guidance of the projects in the field of electrical planning according to the time requirements of the contractors Interne Projektkommunikation: Participation in planning talks with other specialist planners and architects involved in the project Exchange with contracting entities: consultation of contracting entities with regard to the structure (including variants), active support in explaining project solutions to contracting entities Coordination of specialist planners: organisation, management and supervision of the planning team, control of deadlines and quality management Development of solutions for building technology Coordination of all electrical systems Testing of plans in the field of electrical engineering Cooperation in planning (electrotechnics) Co-operation in the transfer of planning solutions to the client Compilation of tasks according to the specification of the contracting entity for the ELT plant Independent and timely handover of the results to the client Risk management: advice from the project manager on potential risks, preparation of recommendations External communication with manufacturers, cost assessment Participation in meetings with clients, support in offerings Regular reporting on project status (time sheets and status reports) Use of the BIM planning method using innovative technologies according to ECM Group standards (BIM, Revit, Linear and others if required)

Studies at a university (also at times) / (University, University of Applied Sciences) in the field of civil engineering or electrical engineering.
