Complete degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering or comparable qualification Long-standing professional experience in work preparation, industrial engineering or a related area – ideally in mechanical engineering Multiannual leadership experience with a secure, sovereign leadership style Embossed personality with enforcing, persuasiveness and clear orientation to production interests Good English knowledge of word and writing
