Disciplinary and professional leadership and responsibility for the areas of production incl. Safety of work Supporting guidance and co-responsibility for the areas of purchasing and quality in close consultation with the relevant supervisors Planning, control and compliance with the budget Ensuring demand-, time- and cost-oriented production, taking into account all relevant factors and KPIs, as well as necessary derivation and implementation of measures in the event of deviations Compliance and optimization of the prescribed quality standards, hygiene concepts, occupational safety and health, environment and energy guidelines Improving productivity and ensuring the profitability of the production site by optimizing, automating and digitizing processes and structures Responsibility for conceptual development, introduction and further development of production standards Management & cooperation in operational and strategic projects to optimise production

Completed studies in engineering, economic engineering, business management or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in an operating management position in the production environment, ideally in a producing group / food business Knowledge of lean management and other continuous improvement processes Impressed communication skills and enforcement Very good analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach High loadability, decision-making and proactive operation Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Experience in handling production planning software and MS Office
