Technician/Engineer as Project Manager Building Services Engineering (m/f/d)

Whether maintenance, modernization or new construction – you take over the technical management of demanding projects in the field of technical building equipment and actively shape a sustainable infrastructure. The reliable operation of HKLS, electrical, MSR and building automation systems is your responsibility. With your technical know-how, you continuously develop existing plants and ensure safe, economical operation. Together with internal departments, external service providers and project partners, you coordinate all project-related activities and keep in mind appointments, budgets and quality objectives at all times. Maintenance and repair measures accompany you from planning to implementation, create technical alerts and introduce your expertise in selecting suitable solutions. You will actively develop innovative energy and modernization concepts and make an important contribution to the sustainable optimization of the technical building infrastructure.

A study of technical building equipment, building technology, utility technology, electrical engineering or civil engineering forms the technical basis for this position. As an alternative, you will bring a further education to the technician (m/w/d) with a focus on heating, ventilation and air conditioning, electrical engineering or building technology. Professional experience in the technical building management, in the technical building equipment (TGA) or in the planning and control of technical projects allows you to safely enter a challenging project environment. Finding knowledge in the fields of HKLS, electrical engineering, measurement, control and control technology (MSR) or building automation as well as a safe handling of relevant standards and guidelines characterize your professional profile.
