For our Frankfurt am Main site we are looking for you as: Senior Consultant (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) for our Labour Relations Team

Specialisation in collective labour law: You advise the companies of our national group in all matters of collective labour law. Negotiations: You are a key contributor to negotiations with various bodies that lead to the conclusion of corporate, overall and operational agreements. Accompanying company transformations: You accompany and advise key business changes such as business transitions and restructuring. Compliance and Risk Management: You support the identification and processing of labour law compliance and risk issues. Current legal development: You are researching and providing relevant information on current jurisdiction and proactively advises the company. Representation and litigation: You support the employer's representation in judicial and extrajudicial procedures and coordinate the exchange with employers' associations and external law firms. Management and HR advice: You advise management as well as independent HR and executives in all labour law issues. Document creation and maintenance: You create and expand internal templates as well as decision templates for labour law documents. Internal and international cooperation: You work closely with internal and international stakeholders.

Funded legal training: Ideally, you have the second legal state exam. Alternatively, you are also welcome as a business lawyer (Master) (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) or with a completed first state exam. Professional experience: You will bring first experiences from the legal department of an internationally operating company or an economic law-oriented firm. Work law expertise: You have a well-founded knowledge of labour law. Insights into adjacent legal areas such as corporate, data protection or general economic law are a plus. Communication & sovereignty: You are characterized by the sovereign handling of different stakeholders and a solution-oriented appearance. Your communication strength in word and writing, in German and English, is excellent. Working & Learning: You work structured, committed and open to complex and unconventional issues.
