Preparation, implementation and reprocessing of the pay bill for defined care areas of our German locations Care and advice of employees and executives on issues relating to billing of charges and tax and social insurance issues Time recording, maintenance of the master data and execution of the payment process for fees Creation of reports, certificates and statistics Cooperation with social security institutions, health insurance companies, authorities and auditors Implementation of labour, tax and social insurance legislation Coordination with external software consulting for system adjustments Participation in cross-departmental HR projects and further development of processes

Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. industrial merchants or comparable) Multiannual experience in pay billing, ideally in an industrial company Secure application of common HR/Payroll software Knowledge of tax and social security law Safe handling of MS Office High reliability and discretion, communication strength and pronounced service orientation
