(Senior) Consultant Transaction Accounting - Consulting of complex corporate transactions (f/m/d)

In our Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt/Main, Hamburg, Cologne, Munich or Stuttgart, you support clients: both in the balance-sheet challenges of corporate transactions (e.g. acquisition of companies, IPO, Carve out, Bond Placement, Restructuring, Financial Integration). You work in international and highly motivated teams that combine extensive project management and tax expertise in addition to accounting expertise. You can do a variety of tasks: Participation in national and international projects Assessment of individual accounting issues in the context of due diligence projects Support in the implementation of a company acquisition in the consolidated financial statements of the acquirer (e.g. GAAP conversion, purchase price allocation, acquisition balance sheet etc.) Creation of Carve Out degrees for complex business units Support for the holistic supervision of accounting requirements within an IPO

Completed studies of economics, business informatics or a comparable course of studies and ideally first practical experience in the course of accounting and examination e.g. through an internship As a consultant of interest and/or first experience in accounting consulting, accounting for corporate mergers, IFRS or US GAAP accounting; as Senior Consultant at least two years of relevant professional experience Teamplayer:in with commitment, high sense of responsibility and readiness to travel High numerical affinity and analytical thinking, safe handling of common IT applications Very good communication skills in German and English
