You ensure smooth operations – You ensure the operational operation of the Krostitz and Leipzig locations. For this purpose, you take on operational tasks in the daily business and work with the logistics manager as well as the areas of logistics control and warehouse logistics of the Leipzig and Krostitz locations. You offer a professional service – oral and written communication with intra- and interdisciplinary contact persons is one of your tasks as well as consultation with external partners and our customers. In addition, coordinate and moderate appointments of the Logistics department. You are curious – you are interested in new challenges and want to develop constantly. In addition to the support of the Leipzig and Krostitz sites, you support the location manager in its central function. Your training – you have a successfully completed degree (Bachelor or higher) with an economic or logistical focus or a comparable training. First experience in an assistance function or in a comparable activity is an advantage. Your personality – you are strong in communication and an organizational talent. In dealing with internal and external customers, you behave in a valuable way. You bring the interest to take over special functions and projects. Your know-how – We presuppose knowledge of the current MS Office programs. LVS and/or SAP basic knowledge are also advantageous.
