IT Specialist Platform Service (m/f/d)

Our Group Development division is an internal consultant and service provider for efficient and effective business operations. We control the process and system landscape, the project portfolio and are responsible for harmonizing and optimizing systems and processes based on the corporate and sector strategy.

In the focus of your activity, you are responsible for the 2nd level support for the Service external data center platform over its entire life cycle – from conception to implementation to stable operation and continuous optimization. You efficiently organize service-related processes, control external service providers and keep costs, contractual agreements performance indicators always in sight. Quality management: You ensure the technical service quality, ensure high availability and ensure compliance with the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This means that you contribute significantly to the satisfaction of our internal and external customers. IT security. You are responsible for the safe operation of the services and continuously develop them by proactively integrating current security standards and technological developments. Communication and Wire Culture: As a central interface, you act between IT operations, service desk and process teams and ensure smooth communication and efficient cooperation. Reporting: You continue to maintain and develop service documentation as well as monitoring and reporting and thus ensure the transparency and taxability of the services. Project work & change management. You actively participate in IT projects, create standard operating procedures (SOPs) and control the requirement and change management in your area of responsibility.

Qualification: You have completed a vocational training as a professional informant or specialist in system integration or a computer science study. Practical experience: You bring several years of professional experience in the IT field. Expertise: You have well-founded knowledge in Microsoft 365, Hardware Asset Management (HAM), ServiceNow and in the common client operating systems. Personality: You are a team player, work structured, independent and solution-oriented. In addition, you master the German language at a professional level and can safely move into conversations, presentations and written correspondence.

Remuneration & Extras: We pay according to the housing contract with holiday and Christmas money.
