For the VSAR GmbH & Co. KG, a company of the ProMinent Group, we are looking for a Haustechniker / Hausmeister (m/w/d) at our Heidelberg site.

Operation management: You ensure the daily operation of the technical facilities, diagnose disturbances and fix them independently if possible. Maintenance: You maintain and maintain house-technical facilities, buildings, land plots as well as exterior surfaces and reliably maintain them. Coordination: You monitor and coordinate construction, repair, maintenance and service work by third-party companies and, if necessary, accompany official checks. Hausmeisterservice: You take over general mastery activities, in particular cleaning and care of roads, parking spaces, paths and outer surfaces. In addition, you can support all the work that is being done around buildings, land and outdoor facilities. Security services: You shall carry out control and closing services and shall ensure consistent compliance with safety rules and safeguards. Driving services: You take over chauffeur services and services to banks, authorities and other business partners. Car park: You support the management and organization of the fleet.

Qualification: You have successfully completed craftsmanship or technical training, e.g. in the field of electrical engineering, sanitary, heating and air conditioning or building technology, or a comparable qualification or relevant professional experience. Experience: You ideally bring experience in the care of larger objects, properties or outdoor facilities with high quality standards. Competence: You are characterized by craftsmanship, technical understanding and the willingness to take over versatile tasks in the indoor and outdoor areas. Personal strengths: You work reliably, responsibly and with a careful, result-oriented approach. Service orientation: You convince by a pronounced service and customer orientation as well as a friendly and binding appearance. Organizational talent: You are going on a self-contained and structured basis and are happy to work with internal contact persons and external service providers. Driving licence: You have a driving licence of class B; a driving licence for vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes is advantageous.
