WO YOU WITH ANPACK KANNST

• To strengthen our support hotline we are looking for full-time or part-time employees who can help our customers with their problems
• Tasks include telephone and written responses to customer and interested parties questions, training and help with problems (i.d. by remote support with Teamviewer)
• In addition, the recording and pre-analysis of bug reports to the programmers also include the tasks of our supporters
• This position can be exercised up to 100% from the home office. So you do not necessarily have to live in Thuringia or the surrounding area to work with us
• There is nothing in the way of a part-time job, but it would be ideal if you spend at least 30h of your time with us every week.

WHAT DO MUST HAVE

• You have an outstanding understanding, learning ability and a very pronounced analytical thinking
• You show a professional and friendly appearance when communicating with our customers and interested parties
• If you already know Apple devices from your personal environment, that would be the top
• If you were able to gain first experience in the doctor's practice area, this would be phenomenal, but if not, then it should not fail
• You want to work in a small company with flat hierarchies and to introduce your own ideas into all business areas independently and proactively
• In order to be able to grasp this correctly, it is imperative that you master German at least on C1 level.
