In the North and Central Germany sales area, you identify local contact persons, municipal works, waste management companies and other relevant organisations and build new customer contacts in a targeted manner. The active new customer acquisition, telephone, digital and personal, is one of your key tasks. You work consistently on qualified customer appointments. You can control sales opportunities independently from initial contact, demand clarification, offer and follow-up to the conclusion of the contract. You understand the challenges of local customers and translate our digital solutions into clear, understandable benefits. Longer decision paths accompany you structured and remain binding on the ball even with multi-step voting. Your activities, opportunities and next steps are consistently maintained in the CRM and thus ensure transparency in your sales pipeline. In the case of relevant tenders and tender processes, you actively support and forward market and customer feedback to product and team.

You bring at least three to five years of professional experience in the operating B2B or B2G sales. In the active new customer acquisition you will know yourself and can develop sales opportunities consistently until completion. Direct customer contact is yours. You still want to sell yourself surgically and bring your strength into personal exchange. Ideally, you already have experience with products or services that are in need of explanation, such as digital solutions, software, disposal, municipal services, municipal works or infrastructure. A self-contained, structured and binding way of working distinguishes you. You can also keep an overview for longer decision-making. You can communicate with different contact persons safely, from the specialist area to purchasing and procurement to IT or management. Travel readiness of about six to seven days per month, reliable knowledge of German and a driving licence of class B complete your profile.
