Commercial Project Manager (m/f/d)

You assume the commercial responsibility for our high-tech projects over the entire project life cycle. You accompany national and international tenders and customer orders and actively contribute to the creation of offers, the assessment of commercial requirements and the testing of quotations. You support contract negotiations, check commercial contractual conditions and take over tasks in contract and claim management You identify project risks, evaluate them and develop appropriate countermeasures. You coordinate the settlement of international payment collateral such as accreditation (Letters of Credit), guarantees and bank guarantees. You are responsible for accounting, receivable management and the monitoring of payment transactions. You work closely with the project management, controlling and financial accounting.

You have a completed degree in the field of Business Administration, Economics, Economic Law, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of professional experience in the field of Commercial Project Management or commercial project management, ideally from a manufacturing company, preferably in special machinery or plant engineering. You have experience in international project business as well as in the handling of tenders, contract conditions and commercial hedges. You are safe in handling MS Office 365 and have experience with ERP systems. We require very good German and English knowledge, and other foreign languages are of advantage. You convince with pronounced negotiation skills, a safe occurrence, as well as a high communication and team capability. Your work is independent, structured and reliable and you are characterized by self-initiative, analytical thinking and enforcement.
