As a configuration manager (m/w/d), you take over the organization and coordination of internal and external processes in configuration management (KM) as an integral part of project management To ensure a smooth implementation of customer requirements in specific task descriptions for the specialist departments of the house and for our suppliers You take over the coordinating project management in configuration management, including development, design, work preparation, production, quality management, disposition and purchasing Furthermore, you are responsible for the preparation and implementation of configuration management activities in the context of design review meetings and ensure a structured exchange of information between all stakeholders. In addition, you are responsible for the planning, preparation and execution of internal and external configuration audits and thus contribute significantly to ensuring the quality and process requirements of You are active in the creation of offers, especially in the preparation of precise performance descriptions Another focus of your activity is the documentation and reporting of internal and external configuration management You serve and advise customers and suppliers on all aspects of configuration management and ensure close coordination over the entire project history Finally, you take over the creation, maintenance and monitoring of schedules and activity lists to ensure a transparent and timely project sequence

You have a degree in mathematics, computer science or engineering Alternatively you will bring a technical training / technicians and professional experience with Knowledge of the active control and co-design of configuration and obsolescence management processes has already been well suited in recent years A plus would be knowledge of SAP You can also use MS Office in particular Excel and PowerPoint Self-contained, structured and meticulous work characterizes you as well as your high team and communication skills You also have networking competencies that allow you to work in an interdisciplinary way Flowing German and English skills complete your profile
