In this varied role, you are the central contact person around our digital solutions. You contribute to ensuring that our customers from the trade and crafts sector as well as our colleagues are optimally advised and supervised.

Service-oriented consulting & support for our digital solutions, in particular: our online shop Electronic ordering options for electrical crafts Interfaces to craft software

Ensuring high customer satisfaction through solution-oriented, comprehensible and binding communication Telephone and written support as well as structured handling of support tickets Close, cross-site cooperation with the other Digital Business teams to develop suitable customer solutions together Coordination and communication between customers, sales, specialist departments and our data center Takeover of administrative activities to ensure a smooth daily business Active participation in the further development of customer service processes and digital services
