They are co-responsible for the design, development and administration of our courses for managers. Working with internal and external trainers as well as interdisciplinary teams to create future-oriented programs and formats in the Leadership Development area. They conduct virtual and presence learning events independently and moderate them to accompany participants through the learning process and to ensure sustainable learning success. They take over the organization and coordination of training events. This ensures efficient implementation of our blended learning concepts. As a contact person, you support the participants (national and international) and accompany the transformation and change processes of DACHSER through targeted management development programs.

They have completed their studies in the field of adult education, psychology, social sciences, pedagogy or comparable training with a focus on human or organizational development. Practical experience in the development of executives or the support of training and training offers is advantageous. They have a secure handling of digital tools (MS Office, learning platforms), characterized by high communication skills, safe occurrence and the ability to interact at different levels. You can prepare teaching content in a didactic manner and souvenirally moderate, both in presence and virtual. They master the English language in word and writing. They bring travel and a high degree of flexibility. They appreciate intensive and open cooperation, the exchange of knowledge and experience as well as a shot of humor.
