As a Sales Developer (m/w/d) you are part of our Business Development Team – and actively brings new customers on board.

You take responsibility for the financial function in Germany and develop it strategically – including the leadership of two team members (1 Accountant & 1 student). You’ll start budgets, forecasts and regular financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

You will ensure correct monthly and annual accounts in cooperation with internal and external partners.

You monitor accounting processes and ensure compliance with local accounting standards (HGB) as well as corporate standards.

You are responsible for financial control and cash management for the German business.

You are the central contact for auditors, tax advisors and global financial teams.

You support corporate planning and performance tracking with a clear focus on data-based decisions.

You actively participate in cross-departmental projects and drive process optimization.

You have a degree in Finance, Accounting or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of experience in a leading financial position – ideally in a medium-sized, international and growth-oriented company. You have knowledge of financial planning, reporting, accounting and controlling.

You think entrepreneurial, understand business relationships holistic and question areas of expertise constructively.

You combine analytical strength with a pragmatic reaction focus.

You work hands-on, structured and detailed and have experience with SAGE X3 as well as very good Excel skills.

You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
