For one of our subsidiaries with several locations in Germany, we are looking for a well-organized team player*in to expand our IT operations team. You bring practical experience in IT and have fun to maintain and migrate various IT systems? You are an IT all-rounder, like working with people and want to develop yourself personally and professionally? Then an exciting opportunity awaits you with us:

Support and management of IT infrastructure and production IT systems at various locations Responsible project management, planning and implementation of system migrations, including hardware, software and networks Integration and management of software programs and hardware Implementation of data integration and migration Cooperation with external IT service providers and internal teams Supporting sites in general IT problems and issues and their solution Automation of processes Creation and maintenance of documentation Troubleshooting and Analysis: Ensuring stable operation of IT systems, rapid response to warnings, errors and emergencies in the production environment, performing fault analyses and problem solutions

Complete training as a specialist informatics or comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in IT including independent management of migration projects. Funded knowledge in the support of IT infrastructures (clients, servers, network) as well as in the handling of Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD and Windows environments. Experience with network technologies (LAN, WLAN, VPN, VLAN – like Meraki), Citrix environments and IT security requirements (e.g. MFA, Endpoint Protection, ITIL). Ability to analyze heterogeneous IT structures and transfer them to standardized environments Experience in user support (1st & 2nd level) as well as working with ticket systems and documentation. Structured, solution-oriented and team-ready working, high communication skills and motivation to develop in a dynamic environment. Occasional readiness within Germany as well as excellent knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Ideally experience in the measuring service industry or housing industry.
